Raclette Rendevous
We had a wonderful raclette dinner on Sunday. A traditional Swiss meal with wonderful cheeses, potatoes and European meats. It was so fabulous that I ordered my own raclette set. I hope it gets here before we leave for Idaho. . .what a fun way to entertain! I can't wait to try it out on some unsuspecting guests.
