Dyno-Mite Sunday Dinner

Remember that one of the New Year's goals is to have fun people over for fun food at least twice a month. . .well last week we had Ryan and Kourtney in town and this week it was our favorite gingerbread building guru.Yep--today was the BIG day. Aaron came for dinner. It has been weeks in the making, but Aaron found Where Flowers Bloom just in the nick of time. We had a lovely afternoon. You know, you can't beat a bit of salmon, some good friends, and lots of laughs. Believe it or not--Aaron likes to play Uno with Harry Potter jelly beans. It was awesome. In fact, we split a vomit bean (though I'm pretty sure it was a spagetti). . .how romantic.

Those of you who think my furniture is uncomfortable, obviously don't understand that what it lacks in comfort it makes up for in coziness. Thanks for coming, Aaron!
The number of people in our ward living in the Grandview has slowly dwindled in recent months, but the quality has been maintained. Dustin and Josh had their first Virtue dinner. I think we might have interrupted their naps. . .hope it was worth it. I'm sure Josh will be thrilled that his premier on the blog will forever be tainted by Danny giving him bunny ears.

Bowman and his roommate, Danny, made a guest appearance at this evening's dinner. I love that Bowman's tie matched the salmon. If my memory serves me, Bowman and I have a date for this weekend. He was pretty sly about asking me out, but I could see through his shy exterior.
