It's time to bring bloggin back. . . .

I suppose absence makes the heart grow fonder, right??? In that case, I'm quite certain your fondness for WFB is on the cusp of explosion. For those who have encouraged, inquired, and threatened, I thank you. 25 days without a blog post from yours truly is unheard of--often signaling some kind of tragedy, life change, love affair, creative slump, winter depression, or a drastic and dramatic technical difficulty. While none of these circumstances completely explain my absence, a combination of many have kept me from blogging, writing, creating, or sharing in recent weeks.

Finally, this morning, I feel like sitting at my keyboard and I'm ready to move forward. Ready to face warmer weather, redecorating, running, and longer days.

While I've been away:

-I turned 32. Huh. I remember my parents at that age. 32 is my new number. A number that is divisible by many numbers--including 1, 2, 4, 8, 16. I'm taking that as a good sign.

-I've travelled & committed to more travel.

-Darling Alicia and James got married!

-I've gained 5 pounds.

-My sweaters have returned to storage.

-Lindsey introduced me to VS lip gloss. TREMENDOUS.

-I bought dishwashing gloves in Vegas.

-My plane was delayed.

-Switching laundry detergent gave me hives.

-Quesadillas and Twilight filled an evening.

-Lori fell in love with Red Mango.

-I taught a cupcake class.

-My shoe collection has grown.

-Listening ears recently found in unexpected temperate places.

What a surprise to see you're awake to the blog world again. I don't blame you though. I've been out of commission for longer. I missed you Mick!
