Spectacles

Happy JUNE to all!

Just when I thought life couldn't get any better, I find out that Sylvia Weinstock is going to be at the symposium next month in Palm Springs. Excuse me! Sylvia is THE cake decorator to the stars. Check out her glasses. Anyone that can wear those things in public must be talented. I've seen Sylvia's work on the Food Network and Martha's Wedding Extravaganza and I'm pretty sure Martha is afraid of her and all of her cake creating glory. LOVE Sylvia. Love her cakes. Love that I'm going to see her in action. Oh, did I mention that Preston Bailey--yes, THE Preston Bailey (yes, that is two Grey's Anatomy characters combined) is also going to be at the show? Preston is the florist/designer to the stars. You might recognize him as Oprah's go-to guy. I'd just be happy to be his head buffer. Holy cow--what if Sylvia and Preston hooked it up? Now that would be an eyeglass spectacle to behold.

So much for laying by the pool all day. I'm going to have to borrow some binoculars and a big lens. . .there is some surveillance to be done. Maybe I could kill two birds with one stone and meet both Sylvia & Preston at THE POOL!!!!
