Pioneer Pure Vision Las Vegas Bowl

I was reminded this evening by a fellow alum that our mighty Cougs are taking the field tomorrow evening in the Pioneer Pure Vision Bowl in Las Vegas. Honestly, I can't believe I had to be reminded. Afterall, I do bleed blue! Maybe I'm still getting over the pains of the Utah game. Yes, that must be it. For those of you who haven't heard of the Pioneer Pure Vision Bowl--don't feel badly. The only person on the face of the planet who knew it even existed before last month was Jeff Loveless and he knows about every football game scheduled through 2030--that's one of the reasons I keep him around. Now, let's keep in mind that though this might not be the mostly widely viewed bowl game this season, it is a step up from the last 3 years when the Cougars have been absent from post-season play. Remember that the last time the Cougars were in a bowl was 2001, when BYU lost to Louisville in the Liberty Bowl. So, I'll be expecting everyone who's anyone to be tuned in tomorrow evening at 6pm (ESPN) to watch Bronco and the Cougs bring us home a bowl victory. GO MIGHTY COUGARS!
