Cinco de Mayo

To all of my little amigos, I wish you the happiest of Cinco de Mayos. Yes, this is the day we celebrate the victory of the Mexicans over the French in the Battle of Puebla. I can tell you this. . .there will be lots of Old El Paso salsa flying around the GV 15 this evening. This is not uncommon. In fact, there have been several occassions when the jars of salsa fall from the safety of their shelf in the pantry to their death on the cold tile floor. Man--that salsa really flies. Glass, processed tomato products, and medium chiles make quite the colorful display. Ole!
