Mi Ranchito
Saturday night we met the Vawdreys (#3 & #4) at Mi Ranchito in American Fork for dinner. In all my years in Utah County, I can't say that I've ever been to Mi Ranchito. Kimmy and I arrived first and secured a rather large table. A large hispanic woman with a sizeable stain on her shirt treated us to waters and took our orders. She was very kind and accomodating. Our food arrived promptly. . .Kimberly had a platter of food the size of Mt. Rainier. Laura and I might have over-dosed on chips/salsa and were unable to finish our food, but don't even worry--Sarah V. came through with lots of entertainment. I think she enjoyed her tortilla chips black peppered to her taste. Though my initial Mi Ranchito experience was a postive one, I can't recommend it for long-term well-being. What does Mi Ranchito mean. . .the only think I can think of is My Ball of Cheese.
