The Dog Days of Summer

I've been looking at my calendar--trying to find some semblance of order in my life and it honestly scares me. How is it possible that we're half-way through August? Between Education Week, New Student Orientations, University Conference, Back to School, the start of football, a buying trip to Vegas, and our much awaited appearance in the Labor Day Parade, there's a pretty good chance that I'm going to go bonkers. Today at lunch Jared mentioned that Rm7 in the ER of UVRMC is for the loons. . .I wonder if he can get me an extra pillow while I'm there. It pays to know people.
