Last week I took some photos at a golf tournament fundraiser for A Child's Hope Foundation. It was a beautiful fall morning. . .the dew on the greens visible from the clubhouse and as I approached the sign-in desk, I realized that golfers are quite spectacular. They are the quintessential athletes. No padding. . .no fancy uniforms. They just put on their khakis, grab a baseball hat, and head out. Golfers smell good. Golfers worry about details. Golfers use words like bogey. I like that. You know what else I like?. . .MULLIGANS. Why not give people the option of buying a good game. I swear. . .all sports should consider this system of second chances. Granted, you won't seen anyone on the PGA taking advantage of a mulligan. . .but only because it's against official rules, but I'm starting a petition today for a potential rule change.
