Why Exercise Won't Make ME Thin

Why Exercise Won\'t Make You Thin

Speaking from experience, exercise WON'T make ME thin. I've run hundreds of miles over the past few years--that's not a typo! HUNDREDS! I'm not skinny. As a result, I was intrigued by this article. Lately, I've kept my mileage down a bit and focused more on my diet--eating healthy whole foods with portions, veggies, and water my focus. Granted, I did run 3 miles tonight and it felt great--just enough to get my endorphins going and to actually curb my appetite a bit. Read the article. Tell me what you think. Diet and exercise go together like a hamburger and fries (with fry sauce, of course).

when I read the title of this post I wondered if it was in reference to the TIME article and it was! Jake just read that article to us recently! it is sooo true!

I totally agree with this article. It is more about what you eat then the excersize.
