That's the TICKET!
This one is my fault. . .Sunday I parked in a "service vehicle" spot on campus. Now, for the most part, I'm an upstanding citizen. I obey the laws of the land (though sometimes I get carried away in my Passat and forget the speed limit) and I open doors for the elderly and all that jazz. Sunday was an exception. The following rationale went through my logical head. First of all, it was stinking cold. In fact, if I had put my tongue on the steering wheel, I'm pretty sure I'd still be sitting in the parking lot. Secondly, I've been feeling a little under the weather and the frigid temperatures cause my pleurisy to act up. Finally, (the real clincher) is that I was wearing some hot looking boots. Not practical at all, but I really looked super-cute! So, I won't reveal the dollar amount, but I could have bought a decent pair of boots for the amount of the check I sent to BYU Traffic today.
