Bradshaw Nightmare

I promised a review of my birthday movie, Failure to Launch. I've been hesitant to post this, but my review is mixed. On one hand, I adore SJP and Matthew. They are both darling and quite lovely on the silver screen. On the other hand, I thought the plot was predictably ridiculous. In fact, the best part about the movie (besides Matthew's upper torso) was the subplot. The deciding factor for giving the thumbs down was a retired NFL quaterback. No one should be subjected to seeing Terry Bradshaw's backside in the nude. I have been having terrible nightmares ever since. So, I guess overall, I'd have to say. . .don't waste your $8.00 on this flick. . .$3.00 TOPS. Warning: This is not a date movie! There's nothing romantic about Terry's butt.

If they had made the plotting to kill the annoying mocking bird the plot and made the relationship between MM & SJP the sub-plot it would have definately received better reviews from this critic.

Does anyone else find it ironic that SJP's character on Sex in the City had the last name of Bradshaw?

Butt? What kind of a show are you good little girls watching?

Ridiculously predictable! It was like an identical cousin to "How to Lose a guy in Ten days." It just wasn't good for me. I even dragged Eric to it...I thought I saw him chuckle a few times, but I'm not quite sure.

I was laughing at the two guys that were in front of us at the theater. They came in together, and it was just about an empty theater. They didn't leave the obligatory space between themselves either.
