Jackie Goes Diving

You won't believe this one. So this morning I'm pulling out of my parking lot and I notice that the gate protecting the dumpster is open and there's someone standing on a stool foraging. I could only see their behind, but I was pretty sure I recognized the protruding cheeks. Yep--my arch nemesis neighbor Jackie C. was digging through the trash this morning. I bet she accidentally tossed one of her precious dolls--or maybe she was looking for a stray cat to add to her already chaotic life.
